Well you guys are stupid
Kerr is crying his house he grow up burned down
No new water reserves in cal since 1979. Many new people. In 2014 cal voted to spend 7.5 milllon for water reserves.
6 years ago people warned Newsom this would happen. Kerr refused to comment for water reserves. He also refuses to comment on how China treats people because that is how he gets paid. ( not directly but without China $ from their fans and thinks he gets paid 1/2 or less)
Now Kerr can use his voice and address the issues. Will he or will he just say republicans are stupid ?
Well you guys are stupid
You don't give two s about kerr or anyone in California stfu
Ten years after the 2.7 billon was authorized in 2014, only one of the seven projects has even started because of bureaucratic foot dragging and environmental "reviews".
The Harvest Water Program has already received its final funding award and is under construction; it is comparably “fast moving” because it is expected to be operational sometime in 2027.
The Willow Springs Water Bank Conjunctive Use Project is expected to begin construction in mid-2026, and begin operations shortly before 2028.
The project proponent for the Kern Fan Groundwater Storage Project is “expected to start construction in 2025,” and begin operations close to 2030.
The Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion Project is expected to conclude its permitting process in 2027, and begin operations sometime after 2031.
According to the California Water Commission, the Chino Basin Program is expected to be operational sometime after 2032.
Construction on Sites Reservoir is expected to begin sometime between 2026 and 2027. It is expected to begin operations sometime around 2033.
The Pacheco Reservoir Expansion Project is expected to begin construction sometime in 2028 and begin operations sometime after 2035.

big business gets the pork while public works get the shaft, similar to elsewhere

"The Fonz" swears it was mass arson.
And you just know a lot of those homes were fully paid off, but with nary insurance. That's the in' kicker.
We did that once for almost 10 years, but, it was agony worrying about it. Never again.
