This is factually true
Even if, it's still a ty trade lmao
This is factually true
Kyrie is the face of the franchise now in Dallas. Process that.
Charlotte also has Dallas' 2027 pick, top 2 protected. Adelson has royally ed that franchise over, wouldn't be surprised if it's something to kill attendance so she can move it to Las Vegas. No one in Dallas should ever support that team again though. Doncic is a ing LeBron level player, how do you ever trade someone like that? I don't think I'd trade him for the top 4 picks in this draft.
Ahh, the old "Nazi" trope. This is so 2018 and just not true at this point. Name calling is all your side has now. Lots of men of color voted for Trump. Plus, the neo-liberal white people on your side who want permanent free cheap, exploited labor, and want to use public funds to make a Nepo baby like Holt Jr. richer are just as racist fwiw. They just gas light dummies like you
into thinking otherwise. Luka was traded because he's overrated and Silver (one of your side's white people) obviously promised the Mavs something.
Mainstream Media working into overdrive attempting to justify this atrocity
he'll quit in the next 15 games
Exactly!!!!! There is no justifying it. This was their one opportunity to recoup SOME picks and they just flat out declined. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an effort to move the Mavs to
Vegas.
Blah blah blah
Shut the up
"we're not Nazi's, Silver's on your side cause he's jewish"
You voted a nepo baby who literally hires illegals president
Oh ing , you guys get the first post Luka Mavs home game on Saturday!![]()
How the there isn't an element of an inside job surrounding in this trade? There is just no way this is all innocent stupidity on The Mavs part. Obviously the league will sweep it under the rug because their pet franchise a is benefiting from this daylight robbery, but that Pelinka-Harrison connection (Nike people) warrants a private investigation, thh
This is all because Silverstern didn't want to see an OKC/Cleveland Finals
I legit think this will seriously f*ck the Mavs for atleast a decade and likely longer. The likes that will not have been seen before in the league, it will be the equivalent of the 'death penalty' in NCAA where we're talking decades before they become a contender again. Just the other day I was thinking the Cowboys may be one of the worst run franchises in professional sports but they may have legitimately been one-upped in their own city in that regard.
There will be a domino effect. Morale will plummet even if the current, collective individual talent is good enough to field a decent playoff team. Klay and Kyrie will likely leave the first chance they get, then AD will demand a trade, the Mavs are completely f*cked in the draft for years, and they have zero chance of landing any kind of big name free agent pretty much until the team changes ownership
I legit think after all the current guys jump ship, we are looking at a historically bad franchise over the course of 8-10 years the likes the NBA will have never seen before. IMHO, it would be better if they just went to Vegas and then give DFW another expansion team. The only way all this doesn't happen is they somehow catch lightning in a bottle and make another Finals run against all odds in the next two years to somewhat validate the move. But that's a 1 in a million chance tbh
The new Clippers.
Said it in the another thread. Mavs franchise committed the equivalent of basketball harakiri..So cruel, so fast in one fell-swoop. You know it is bad when historical divisional fans (Spurs/Rockets) are feeling more sympathy than glee towards you.
