I'm going to lose the weight, but it's a slow process as you know weight loss tends to be. I weighed in at 452 the other day so I've been steady at 450. But I can do better...as I've been drinking Malibu rum at my kareoke bar and a soda or snack here or there that I could do without. Also, I've started at Golds but I need to get into a routine and goto the one to shoot hoops a bit more.

Since you brought up finances, today is payday, and I just paid my bills and I have about $50 bucks in my checking left.

I'm also about 15k in debt credit wise.

But I'm getting a new car on Monday, a 1994 Chevrolet Impala SS. Also, my new 86" LG tv gets delivered and setup on Tuesday so I can watch these NBA playoffs in style.

Easiest way to lose weight is calorie deficit tbh. But you obviously will need to track your calories. If you can consistently eat 1800 calories every day for a few months you'll drop a ton of weight without having to exercise a ton

Hey bro! Cheers! Good to meet you too!

2010 was a tough year for me. I got let go from my 2nd good job of my life and had a new child, the lone bright spot, and was at the beginning of a 4 year divorce process.

I was a drinker (beer), smoker (weed) and luster (porn) and I also had some indiscretion during my marriage and put my wife through he'll multiple times. She was my Angel and I was a lost immature stupid young man and it's the greatest regret of my life that I hurt her.

She even took me back for a few months, but I couldn't let my bad habits go, so she had to let me go and at the time, it tore my heart out. I still love her very much and with all my heart. But it's a different kind of love. Now I love her as the mother of my two sons. She is remarried and to a good guy. So I'm very happy for her and we are good parent/friends.

We don't talk much unless it's about the boys, and that's how it should be.

Meanwhile. I'm now working on me and single, but I'm okay being alone, as I have Jesus by my side.

Don't get me wrong. I do miss companionship. And it can hurt at times. But I lean on the Lord and God keeps me strong.
