I would be so conflicted if I had to run the Hornets. I would want to do a good job... but I don't want to have to root for them.
Just wanted to say I love the discussions and I assume this is how NBA front offices explore every scenario that's on the table for them in the offseason.
From draft analysis, trade options, free agency, scouting, trade up, down and out scenarios, salary cap manuevers, roster construction and longterm strategy, this has been a lot of fun. Everybody brings up reasonable points and valid opinions. Can't remember the last time I had so much fun here.
Maybe somebody will let us run the Hornets, we might do a better job than whoever is up there right now

It’s awesome here. This is the best off-season here ever. Everyone is so much friendly than usual. I guess knowing the end of the world is coming soon does that lol.
This just reminded me I just watched a great mock draft. It’s a war room draft. I’ve never seen one like it. There’s basically a mock draft “dungeon master” who throws trades and at the guy who has to make the decisions. Thought it was a very fun listen/watch.

I’d have the Hornets in the playoffs… or moved to Seattle (because attendance drops to near zero)… within 3 seasons. Book it.

Cheers gentlemen!
Use to be really wild in here as close as 5 years ago. Borderline illegal or at the very least completely politically incorrect.
I'd guess when the Spurs started going to the lottery, a lot of those posters left. I think it weeded out a lot of trolls/bad posters. Of course there is also some good posters than have left too (maybe too busy to post anymore).
