What did Saddam have? A couple of guys riding around with a 50 cal on the back of a Toyota? Please. It's clear that Saddam conventional forces had not been rebuild after GW1. It's clear that he also destroyed his WMD program in the same time period, and gave up any nuclear ambitions he may have ever had. It's clear that Saddam's most powerful weapon, especially against his own people, was fear and intimidation, sound familiar?
