Here's an idea for a bet: will the University of Utah (yours truly's alma matter) be the first "non-BCS" team to get into the BCS this year? The Utes are 10-0 going into their final game against BYU. There's a lot to consider. First, if Utah finishes top 6 in the standings, the invite is automatic. On the other hand, the Holiday Bowl has a contract with the Mtn West Conference that guarantees the MWC Champ, which Utah has already won, will appear there. There will be lawyers involved for sure if Utah finishes in the top 6.

Either way, go Utes!
