Albert Pujols permanently broke his chode.
and hes still on a cold streak since the damn world series. we need to develop a new closer until Lidge is ready to play.
Albert Pujols permanently broke his chode.
Francisco Cordero sucks even more he has blown so many saves this season it is unbelievable
Out of his last 7 attempts to get a save, he has blown 4 of them and they weren't no 1 ER blown saves, they were 2, 3 ER in .1
ya damn right...Albert Pujols permanently broke his chode.
That ball still aint landed
Byung Hyung Lidge
Both Texas teams' "Closers" can't get out of their own way right now. Lidge and Cordero. Cordero just blew his 5th save this month (a record) and his 2nd in less than 24 hours.
lol Cordero has 3 wins and 3 saves........there is something wrong with that.
oh and he also has a ERA of 11.20. There is something really wrong with that.
He's just trying to follow in 'gas can' Billy Wagner's footsteps.
For the upcoming roadtrip, Otsuka will be the closer for the Rangers. I think it should have been Benoit myself, but we will see how he does.
Yeah, needless to say its been frustrating seeing what Albert Pujols' NLCS 05 blast might've done to him. However, Lidge is very talented, highly intelligent and resilient as . I think he'll get back on a roll, eventually. But he's been in the league for a few years now and some good hitters are starting to get more comfortable with his pitches. Still, I think he'll become the domnant force out of the pen he has been throughout his career.
Pujols has that effect.......
Eddie Guardado sucks.
lidge is leading the NL in saves while sucking. i agree he is letting far too many runners on base and giving up runs, but all that matters for a closer is getting the save. right now, he's still getting that done. he can work on the kinks as the season progresses.
Lidge s up again today
No that lead belongs to Jason Isringhausen.lidge is leading the NL in saves while sucking. i agree he is letting far too many runners on base and giving up runs, but all that matters for a closer is getting the save. right now, he's still getting that done. he can work on the kinks as the season progresses.
Lidge > Isringhausen in saves
Lidge is 2nd in the MLB in saves with 11, only Papelbon has more with 12.
Isringhausen only has 7 saves
Also, Lidge has the most strikeouts as a closer than any other.
8 saves after today
i see lidge is gettin better. good job brad. way to close it out against the cards.
Once the ball lands, he'll feel better.
this person saidLidge > Isringhausen in saves
lidge is leading the NL in saves while sucking
Please, follow along....
well i remain correct. Brad Lidge officially sucks. trade him!!!
He pitched in the 7th tonight, I guess they're going to try to get him to work out whatever is in him
