tlong, the Giants were favored, they were 2 games up on the Astros and closing on the slumping Dodgers fast, when I bet you. I gave you the break, not vice versa.... The Astros had to win their LAST 7 games to win the wild card by 1 game, because the Cubs lost 6 of their last 7 games...only I knew the Astros would get in playoffs, I went out on a very thin limb to make that bet....and the Braves were favored to win that series too.
The Cards are 2-1 favs to win that series, so unless you give me 1 1/2 - 1 odds, I will not bet you.
How about if I win( Astros wins), you owe me $100, and if you win(Cards), then we are even steven, deal?

And if not for a total collapse(7 runs allowed) in the 9th inning of their 2nd game at LA, they would have won the division and I would be out $20.
You had your chances, it took the Astros winning every one of their last 7 games and 11 of their last 12 for me to win...I am damn good is all.
