Manny walked, Ortiz walked and Varatec tripled. Too bad only Manny, Ortiz and Damon are the only ones on the Red Sox with power.

Double play to end Card's 3rd inning...would have been a triple play had there not been any outs.

    4 errors again tonight.

Last night, they got 6 runs on the 4 errors, tonight, they have 1 run. UNBELIEVABLE.

Cards are great at home, but I think Pedro will win on Tuesday to give the Red Sox an insurmountable 3-0 lead....er....nevermind.

I think the series will go back to Busch with the Sox up 3-2. You just can't go into Busch stadium and take two in a row up there. The Cards will take at least two tops, the Sox will win it at home for the fans at Fenway.

if the sox lost a game they would talk about the curse
    10 errors n 2 games
and all the walks in game one

    sloppy

boston should be very confident with their sloopy play to be up 2 nothing

Another thing too, we're going into a NL ballpark. No DH. It will be interesting whether or not, Francona decides to play Ortiz at first base or not. I don't think you're going to see Schilling pitch until a game six. His bad ankle will prohibit him from even attempting to bat

o has said that Ortiz will be playing first base in St. Louis. They simply can't afford to have his bat out of the lineup.

And Schilling will not be pitching in St. Louis. It's not certain that he'll pitch in the series again, even if it goes six or seven games.

"Where this BS about questionable pitching started, but I wish it would end, and the pitchers would get there due."
