Brian Russell's high hit knocked off Johnson's helmet on the Bengals' final pass, leaving his white jersey spotted with blood. Johnson had still had glassy eyes and several s ches just below his chin when he emerged from the trainer's room.

Actually, I think the rule, as I have seen it, is no NBA video. Basketball vid from Europe even seems to be fine.
I'm not sure if the NFL is less anal about video clips but the Redskins official message board has all kinds of videos and gifs posted by members. They even have a special section for videos and members are encouraged to post.
