I don;t think I have eaten that much fast food over the past YEAR never mind one day.

but you'll live. You might just need some Pepto ... or maybe some Senekot.

I am actually 6' 165-170. I have a fast metabolism, so even if I eat a lot of food in one sitting, I can eat a lot again in an hour or so. . Sadly, I can't gain weight.

    And?

My dad is 5'10 and 135/140 all his life.

but he has clogged arteries, high blood pressure, out of control cholesterol levels, digestion issues, and bleeding stomach ulcers.
    He's only 48.

btw - ever since he was in the Army when he was 17 he has gone to McD's weekly ATLEAST to get a bigmac, a filet o fish, a vanilla shake and a large fry. It;s his fav meal.

I think that Marklar said he normally eats very healthy and that this was just a one day binge, so I don't think anyone should be putting him in his casket.

But that's a of a lot of food. I don't know how you didn't throw up after the five Arby's.

    For lunch, I had 5 Arby's melts.
For dinner, I had 3 Wendys' hamburgers.
In between, I had a bowl of chili.
For late dinner(2 hours after dinner), I made 2 little ceasers pizza kit pizzas.

    To much stuff I say.

Just because you are thin doesn't mean your arteries aren't clogged. I suggest changing your diet. You can eat alot but stay away from foods high in saterated fan. Peanut butter sandwiches are actually low in saturated fats. Stay away from meats at fast foods.

Actually the fries are FAR worse for you. Spuds have a high glycemic index to begin with (bad for blood sugar levels) , and then to submerge them in hydrogenated oils (transfats) is just asking for trouble. Your body at least understands the animal fats in meat. It has NO idea what to do with the transfats. They are FAR worse for you than animal fat.

You're anorexic. Poor thing. Don't let society dictate how you should look! You shouldn't be forced to look like a model!
