I'm looking to get one within the next month to replace my ultra ghetto brick phone. Anyone got any good recommendations on phones, preferably under $230 (Will hunt ebay for cheaper price)? So far I have these in mind:

Look up the Motorola (SLVR) L6 on ebay - It's a regular SLVR minus itunes and an external memory card, and retails for $130 unlocked and can be found on ebay for about $80. With bluetooth and the great form factor, it can't be beat.

I have a Motorola v551. Not happy with it at all. I'm switching back to a Nokia very shortly.

Just don't wear that Blutooth earbud all of the time. Nothing says "I'm a tech savvy loser geek" quite like that does.

How ironic, I was just discussing with a friend last night that I wanna drop kick those fools at campus/malls talking loudly and walking aimlessly with their bluetooth headsets.

"YOU KNOW? I KNOW! FOR REAL? FOR REAL! WHAT WAS THAT? OHHHHH..."

Anyways, I'll use bluetooth mostly for transferring ringtones, games and the such.

That was one of the first phones I considered. I'm was just unsure because I heard about some iffy features, like a weird keypad and low picture quality. Do you have experience with the SLVR?

So far the Samsung slider phone is the frontrunner.

I got a v35 Razor(i have no idea, first cellphone in 5 years).

I use the bluetooth headset only when I drive. Only. Ever.

Everyone here has permission to kick me in the balls if you see me walking with that stupid thing in my ear.
