He was traded to the Hornets midseason last year from the Nets. The Nets got Bostjan Nachbar and the Hornets got Johnson and Marc Jackson. Linton was actually just a toss in to make the salaries match but ended up playing the very next night because of injuries. He had a double double (16 points, 10 boards) and has been impressive ever since.
