It's interesting to hear how much money they'll need to rebuild New Orleans. But the local government is throwing so much money into making their pro sports franchises happy instead of rebuilding the city. It's just silly.

And this happens in citys without hurricanes, all around the country.

Permanent? No. The team is supposed to return to NOLA next season, but the population is so low and before Katrina the city already ranked dead last in attendance and ticket sales. The team agreed to a possible 3rd year in OKC but it appears that they'll instead return next season and take bail our money from the NBA and local government.

Definitely, there's no pressure at all for him in this game. He could take advantage of this younger team and he STILL messes up.

They only thing i remember about OKC was the amusment park as i'm driving thru on my way to wichita.

It's amazing. I've been to at least 40 Spurs homegames and 40 Hornets homegames in OKC and it just seems so much crazier in OKC. It's that college sports mentality.
