A lot of times, its the hole in the wall places that are the best. You just gotta make sure they don't end up on "Behind the Kitchen Door".
The first time I went to Dallas, to visit a friend, he was like, "where do you want to eat", I told him to bring me to a burger joint, he said, "what kind", so I told him something I couldnt get in san antonio, like a little hole in the wall, so he drove me to this place, and as I looked up at the building its name was "Hole in the wall Burgers" and the place was excellent.
