No better evidence of his stupidity than the summer of 03 when he decided to resign with the nets than get the same money and play for the spurs. Duncan, Kidd, Ginobili, Bowen, and Parker would have been a decent small ball lineup and Kidd would have been able to get his ring.

Actually I don't think we'd have been able to afford all those guys. If Kidd came I think both Manu and Tony or at the least one of them would've been dealt or simply allowed to leave.

nets are actually in SA and 5 of the FTAs that the spurs have shot have come at the courtesy of technical fouls. Doesn't help the Nets cause that they have been settling for jump shots all night.
