Please use this thread to describe your Election Day Exit Poll experiences. What questions were you asked? How did you respond? Did you find the Pollsters rude or biased?

I was not polled after I voted, but surely most (if not all) of the rest of you were... since Exit Polls are as reliable as actual vote totals.

    Please share your experiences.

I doubt if exit polls were done much in Texas since it wasn't a swing state in this election. However, I can lead you towards some good articles regarding exit polls, their history of accuracy, and why the 2004 Presidential election exit polls reek of fraud
    having been committed.

    accuracy
How can something be considered accurate when

    1. Not everyone was polled
    2. The last polls were taken approximately 2 PM EDT, leaving over 5 hours of time to vote in EDT, 6 in CDT, 8 in PDT, etc.

By the way Dan, as to that "history of accuracy", all the polls in the 2000 showed an outcome that sure didn't match up with the end game.

And I could keep going with the fact that the CEO of the corporation tasked with exit polling came out early afternoon and said the early numbers floated on drudgereport were inaccurate, and not reflective of the numbers being collected by his company.

So if you want to about someone cooking the books, you need to track down who gave Drudge his info.

I hope this doesn't get out but I live in Florida and even though I voted for Bush the exit poller told me to mark down Kerry to in his words "get the word out that people that people need to vote for Bush". I'm sure that's illegal so if so Kori you can delete this post.

    I voted for Bush?
The most important quality to me? Strong leadership?

    Hmmmm.

Anyways, my voting experience consisted of leaving my polling place with a 6 pack of Negra Modelo.

    What questions were you asked?
    "How will you be paying?"

    "paper or plastic?"

    How did you respond?
    Debit. Plastic.

Did you find the Pollsters rude or biased?
The checkout girl was quite pleasant.
