I guess that means that the Rangers will actually trade for an entire pitching staff at some point during this season without giving up either Teixeira or Young. Because there's no way -- none -- that a team with Kevin Millwood as its ace, and one that intends to trot Vicente Padilla, Brandon McCarthy, and Robinson Tejeda out to the bump 4 out of 5 days is going to reach the World Series, much less win it.

    Nice optimism, though.

you honestly have to wonder what else dude has to do to get off the team:

    1. 12+ ERA in preseason - check

    2. get rocked by the round rock express last week - check

i tried to stick up for dude last year, but if he's gonna be anything it won't be in houston.

Blue Jays over Phillies in 6 games. Jays win on a walk-off 3-run homer by Vernon Wells.

The Rangers starting rotation consists of Kevin Millwood, Vicente Padilla, Brandon McCarthy, Robinson Tejeda, and who knows what else.

    Not a championship rotation right there . . . .

I'd say the Indians are more so than the Tigers in the AL.

They'll probably go 51-6 -- or something like that -- in their next 57 games.
