I'm not shocked that the Warriors are up in the series. But to think if they win, it's not an upset is foolish. It is a HUGE upset. The Mavs were favored by a lot to win the series. The Warriors were incredible underdogs.

If you think it wouldn't be an upset, you aren't giving the Mavs enough credit. They are a very, very good basketball team. Golden State just matches up with them well and is playing carefree and fearless.

because people don't follow basketball in-depth. anyone who knows davis' game from before he was even a warrior, knows how talented he is, same goes for jason richardson before davis/sjax were on board. the warriors would not be an 8th seed but for some unfortunate injuries to their best guys, j-rich and davis. they probably would've been higher than the nuggets and lakers and maybe even houston.
