Your mother should quit swallowing.
Your mother should have swallowed you!
Your mother should quit swallowing.
I will let her know, thanks.
*pfffffffffft*
water bottle?
No crowd will EVER top the bowl of Guacamole on Larry Browns head.
Too bad we didn't have internet and utube then...![]()
"although I don't condone it", .....but in light of the situation.......throw diapers and tampons.....at amare and nash.......
on second thought THAT might cause such blunt force trauma
This is the team and fans that have been whining about the tiny amount of contact their players have gotten? Please. Flinging a plastic water bottle to defend a 6' 10" infant that nearly burst into tears on the court because he got the back of his shoe stepped on just endangers all the fragile Arizona denizens in the vicinity. Someone could have gotten their achilles tendon dislocated!
I think the microfracture surgery story was to cover the fact that Amare skinned his knee getting out of his Barbie Corvette and had to sit out a year.
I just realized that most of you probably read that post and thought...
"WTF is that guy talking about?"
It's a Spurs history classic.
Playoffs in the old Hemisfair Arena.
Brown the opposing coach.
Brown makes a Phil Jacksonesque comment that San Antonio is a ty town and the only thing about it that is good is the Guacamole.
Baseline Bums dumped a big bowl of guacamole on his head as he was going down the tunnel during the game.
We all thought it was pretty ing funny![]()
And your point is? I'm still waiting for horrible injury report from a 2 oz water bottle...actually I'm waiting for video confirmation of this other than from the pre-menstral Spurs fans.
I think if that bottle hit Raja Bell he would have flopped and a tech would have been called on one of the spurs. Raja is a little along with the suns fans.
That wasn't what you guys were saying about Amare's achilles, Nash's "balls" or Robert Horry's hit that should have stopped Nash's "heart" before he hit the scorer's table. I certainly don't expect any of you to have any more class than you have common sense.
At least those complaints were on tape and shown on Sportscenter 800 times. Again, I have no complaints on the refs, calls or suspensions. It's all good. Sack up champ! Act like you've been here!
We have been there baby! That doesn't mean that a ing idiot has the right to throw anything at a player. If it had been the other way you ers would have a heart attack.
Again bag, sack up. You guys are embarrassing yourselves over the mysterious water bottle incident. Who the cares. Throw water bottles tonight. Seriously, who gives a ?
The intelligence of the mighty Duncan surpassess just about all of all of sports! He knows exactly what is going in the minds of others and he knows how to react and when to react and when not to react. Thats one of the reasons why hes one of the best of all time.
Your an idiot man. Your telling us to sack up when all your team and fans do is about hard playoff fouls and calls that werent made. We are just pissed because if one of our fans did that to a sun or maverick or any other player we would be pissed at that fan and not condoning his actions by saying "its just a water bottle" .
I guess I have to take your word that it actually happened. And why is no one else talking about this except on THIS board? One fan out of the 60,000 that have collectively attended 3 home games threw (allegedly) a 2 oz piece of plastic. Mon dieu!
I just don't get why you don't talk about the game instead. Throw something at Nash tonight, I could give a less.
The Spurs have not only been "here", but they've been "there".

I am talking about the game on another thread. This thread is about a water bottle being thrown at Tim Duncan. If YOU want to talk about the game then do so, but one fan can ignite a fire man just look at what happend in Detroit. Detroit fans are cool and for the most part so are Suns fans but you cant condone it IF it happened.
edit: Now I see the video that shows it happened and I guess suns-in-7 doesnt care because its just a water bottle.

The fan threw a full bottle of water, not an empty 2 oz piece of plastic.
And there's a video of it so you don't have to take anyone's word for it.

I call bull ...
Nash gets beaned in the head with a full bottle of water, and you could give a ?!?

I just hope that Spurs fans dont lower themselves and throw stuff at the suns. I have all the confidence that they wont. Well im done beating the dead horse so see ya.
I won't condemn all Spurs fans if someone throws something at one of the Suns, but I will damn sure condemn them if someone throws something and everyone else doesn't point him out to security. The random idiot is one thing, but when he does it with everyone's tacit approval it's disgusting.
I don't think Spursfans could sink that low to throw at the opposing teams. We get mighty upset but we don't go skitzo.
Is that what happened to Duncan??????? We've gone from throwing a bottle AT someone (allegedly) to hitting them in the head with a full bottle? You guys are crackng me up.
And no, I wouldn't give a .
A Spurs fan threw a BRICK at the Pistons bus that went through one of the bus windows after one of the games in the 2005 Finals. Oh my goodness, not a plastic water bottle!
