    Really, really surprised the Cavs did not get more of a lift from the home crowd. Then again the home crowd seemed much less into it than, say, the Utah crowd.

    It's called gamesmanship. They showed the team huddle in the second to last timeout (before Pop called the 20 second TO). You could read Pop's lips saying 'after they inbound, foul while it's on the ground'.

    That was CIAPop all the way yelling out 'no foul'.
