Just puts a capper on the fantastic season that has been 2007.
Carpenter had a little swelling after a recent simulated game. From what I understand, he has a trip to Birmingham scheduled in the next couple days. Anyone who knows anything about sports injuries knows the #1 shoulder surgeon in the US lives in Birmingham.
