How so? They played one team, and that team has a recent history of completely sucking in bowl games. This has nothing to do with the rest of the Big 12.
How so? Most of the Big 12 teams won their bowl games except Colorado, A&M and Oklahoma which almost always loses them.
I hate this crap about people thinking bowl games mean anything about conference superiority, which really doesn't matter anyway. So WVU matched up well against Oklahoma? What's your point? Oregon shat on the entire Big East by whipping SFU's ass, and the Big 12 shat on the entire Pac 10 by whipping ASU's ass, and on the list goes.
This means nothing except that on this particular night, WVU was a superior team against Oklahoma. That, and Oklahoma sucks.

I'm absolutely lovin' it. Had a load of stuff to rant about after this game was over, but I'll just let people wallow in their own misery. For the 2nd time in three years, WVU can's a foe that was supposed to not only beat the Mountaineers, and not only beat them soundly, but claim WVU had absolutely no business being in the game. Oklahoma pleads to the BCS to go up against someone more "worthy" than WVU. LMFAO! Ironically, next year we'll be hearing the same ole crap about WVU and the Big East, and next year we'll probably witness WVU canning yet another more "superior" foe.
