This is a band I love, but whose music I don't own.
I should really change that one of these days.
And your friends and family too.
Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves. I nearly had a stroke on about track two of Bedlam in Goliath.

Yeah, The Mars Volta is definitely a good band.
They should just reform At The Drive In
While I would not be opposed to more ATDI... Volta is a completely different beast, as is Sparta. I enjoy all three immensely. Personally, I'd rather have the Volta and Sparta than just ATDI... now, if we could have all three...
Maybe if I spoke Spanish, I might give a .
BTW, is the singer a girl or guy?
They even played a TMV clip on National Public Radio today
I still have not listened to the second half of Francis the Mute. One day I will and then i'll move onto Amputecture.
I'd rather listen to Melt Banana.

Im going to go and get it tomm. I have liked 2 songs I heard from it.
I would love that!!
Overrated. Ok, you like obscure music. Youre cool, ok? Is it ok now? We know, you dont listen to popular music because youre "different' and "out of the mainstream", happy now emo kid?
Blow. Me.
I own Scottttttttttttttttttttttttttt
what makes The Mars Volta obscure? Their albums usually hit the top-10 in sales in their first week. How obscure are they?
Is it because they sing in Spanish on some songs? If so, that really is a pretty y reason to dislike a band.
LOL The Mars Volta are not emo?
and i'm far from a tight-pant, white-belt wearing kid.
i didn't know they had a new album out. i really didn't check out the last one. i was kinda bummed when jon theodore left. i can't believe they hired a gospel drummer.
