Solid, believe me when I say that nobody likes to see Jim suffer more than me.

Exhibit D probably is, as you say, a waffle maneuver. The problem is that you presented it as part of the prosecution's case, when it clearly is evidence (albeit weak) for Jim's case.

My sense of justice will not allow me to ignore this Eagle County D.A.-like blunder, even when the accused is a known bull meister.

I always like to predict a bad record so I can get a nice surprise when the Spurs inevitably do better.
