Where did you hear that?
Where did you hear that?
And what was the reason given?
some forum. thats y im asking u for confirmation.
What happened????
⌐¿¿¿¿æÆ☼²§§¥☼☼
I haven't heard anything like that. I'm sure that Pop would have mentioned it on the radio today if it was true. So unless it something just happened, then I'd think you were told incorrectly.
Kori's responce and no sudden change by the odds makers in Vegas should tell you that the rumor you heard is not true.
Phew! I need to check the Vegas odds before I get worried!
What? I want him to PLAY! we'll be waiting for your updates Kori. please....
yeah.. that'll suck if ever
Modesto at it again.
Duncan has no excuse.
He can't be injured if he's having rest...
Where the are you getting your info? That's crazy, if you don't see it here, don't post it.
We obviously are always behind the news.
Actually what would be so bad to have Duncan rest (sit out) for a meaningless game against the clips?
Unless you are so selfish that your fantasy team would be ruined for one night. I on the other hand support whatever Tim and Pop decide. And I think Duncan will play tomorrow.
The odds makers tend to have pretty good inside information. Thier jobs (and livelyhood) count on it. I wouldn't take it so lighty, especially if you bet on sports. The reason they NEVER report what they know is that the sources would disappear and thier reputation would follow.

I wouldnt mind it.
Rose Rasho Horry and Massenburg could pick up the slack.
Ginobili, Parker, Barry Brown and others can pick up the scoring.
They could do it, it just would be tougher.
The Spurs will get there rest before the all start break
6 straight days.
Theyll be recharged and ready to go.
You think Duncan has stepped up, over the last couple of weeks?
WHAT IN THE WORLD makes you think Tim Duncan is helping the fantasy owner?
seriously...and no, I don't have him on my fantasy team. Troy Murphy is putting up even bigger numbers...
Tim shouldn't sit out, and he should do something about his dullness on the court. Yesterday he was stopped so many times by the Wiz's C.(forgot his name, which makes it bad)
Tim doesn't deserve rest, he hasn't even showed a sign of strength from all the rest he's gotten already, and he hasn't had a decent game in a long time.
Troy Murphy is averaging 16 points and 14 boards on 41% shooting in the month of January.
Duncan is averaging 19 points and 11 boards on 47% shooting in that same time span.
Duncan has been somewhat hesitant in his play, but people need to stop acting like his numbers are horrible. They aren't MVP-like, but they aren't in the gutter.
I have no idea how fantasy leagues work...and I dont care to find out
I think Tim looks tired and is testing to see if his team mates can step it up (just my opinion - Tim protege of CIA Pop). If Tim wants to sit out, then who am I to tell him otherwise. Tim has the second half of the season to work on his game, I would prefer he does this on fresh legs, but that's just me.
I still want to know where this came from that Tim isn't playing tomorrow.
mikaela01 probably heard this from his frat buddy or dorm roommate, you know the reliable sources.
tomorrow's game is a must for duncan. The Suns' next 6 games will be on the road(that's tough),we could be at the top in the West if Nash still can't play, or the Sonics will lose tonight against Denver.

The Spurs play the Suns on Friday, not tomorrow.tomorrow's game vs. the suns is a must for duncan.
ok, cool. The rumor proves true: Duncan will not play Wednesday against the Suns. Whew, I was worried.
The rumor is true???
Too bad the Spurs don't play the Suns wednesday.
"The rumor is true???" You can check it out yourself, published by the NBA site:

Duncan absolutely will NOT play Wednesday against the Suns. I bet Rasho steps up big and goes for a quadruple double.
