shut the up Doug - the rule doesn't need changing because today's players can't shoot a free throw to save their life - the player needs to adjust not the rules - dumbass.

Doug is wrong - the rule should be changed to allow the fouled team to take it out of bounds if they want. That would solve all the problems.
