I'm not a big gamer, but it's not even close: Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory. Endless hours playing that.
Gran Turismo (2 and 3) would have to be next, but I'm not sure.
The Legend of Zelda series, easily.
I was playing Legend of Zelda addictively by the time I was four. My nephews couldn't even pick up a Genesis controller at that age.
Beat every game up through Ocarina of Time. Majora's Mask just totally lost my interest, and I had a hard time supporting Nintendo after it went GameCube.
But still, so many hours spent in the land of Hyrule, it's ridiculous.

Soldier of Fortune 2. Played for 4 years compe ively.
World of Warcraft. Just quit (again). I have seven 70s and hordes of alts from 20-60+. I dont like raiding, therefore, they all kind of suck gear-wise. PVP WoW is a misnomer.
Civilization 4 (and all xpacs). Im still playing...
Rome: Total War. Im still playing...
I forgot most games I used to play as a kid, except for Twisted Metal 2, Goldeneye and Mario Kart.
maplestory...nearly 2.5yrs now, still only lvl107 fukn
Super Marios, Call of Duty 4, Lineage 2/Wow/Everquest when I played them, Goldeneye on the 64, Knights of the old republic, Star Wars Jedi Academy multi/single
Just to name a few that i know i spent tons of time on.
Battlefield 2
was diablo 2 LoD for a long long time
but guitar hero may have changed that
I played soldier of fortune II as well. Later on it kind of got annoying when people would kick other people off the server for not meeting some sort of kill death ratio, and some s would just suck the fun out of games. And I could have sworn some people used bots.
