    Also what about ingame glitches that you can take advantage of? Is that considered cheating?
    I used the "trapping the enemies with walls technique" in Command & Conquer 1. I think that's the only computer game that I needed "to cheat" to beat the game.

    I don't always beat a game first before playing with the codes. I lost the urge a long time ago to make that impossible jump 100 times before succeeding or spend a week on a puzzle. If the choice is to cheat and keep playing or tossing a game to the side, I'll probably cheat. I don't feel less for doing it. I just don't have the time to take a week off and play non-stop like I did when Super Mario 64 was released. Mainly because I am married now.
