If they screw up Snake Eyes, I'm going to be really pissed. That picture isn't encouraging at all. This might be the worst movie ever.
As a child I was a huge fan of both GI Joe and Transformers. After the Transformers movie I had huge hopes for a GI Joe movie. Well now that I've seen the pictures from the GI Joe movie... I'm not so sure....
Snakes Eyes does look kinda cool...
Its the rest of the cast that worries me...

The more pictures I see of this movie the more and more I can feel my hopes drop. They are going to up Cobra Commander for sure.

The pictures remind me of the street fighter movie. Hopefully it's good, GI Joe kicked ass . . . until the rubber band broke and their legs fell off.
I remember once that happened I would always put in a normal rubber band... never held them together quite the way they needed to be...

Ray park being snake eyes cant be ed up no matter how hard they try it.
What's with everyone drooling over black anyways? Its better to see them in their colors just for the purpose of bringing back the memories of the 25 and above now who are kids back then who watched the cartoon version.
Aw man I was a huge GI Joe fan. Bar none they were tops for a long time in the kid world. Transformers, He-Man, .. had on GI Joe.

I have high hopes for GI Joe 09 solely because of ray park, he never fails to deliver. And if there's gonna be a Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow ninja fight then I think I will be satisfied.

Joseph Gordon Levitt is Cobra Commander? There are times when no font size seems large enough for the "WTF?!?!?!1!?" And the inclusion of Marlon Wayans is troubling. If he agreed to do this movie it can't possibly be good. Seriously, if I wrote a script and then heard that Marlon Wayans liked it and was interested in auditioning I could reach no other conclusion than to believe that I had inadvertantly written a very ty movie.
I'll wait until maybe I see a trailer to pass judgement but I'm not seeing anything that's making me think this is gonna be a good one. I like Ray Park as Snake Eyes, but if everyone is decked out in black he loses some distinctiveness.
Lets just hope it isn't anything close to the crap Street Fighter was.
I don't think that's possible without the use of Uwe Boll.
Did you ever see Marlon Wayans in Requiem for a Dream? He was frickin' outstanding.
And JGL isn't a bad actor at all.
