I'm clueless to this stuff. My daughter loaded all her music but it won't play nothing. Do they have to be Itunes? I knew she should have just a regular MP3 player. Those worked fine.
Now she has this Ipod and it don'w work worth a crap.

do you have to pay fom itunes? I'm cheap
Or is to help convert files?
It's just not a good idea to try to use an ipod without itunes. It's really messy.
You use Itunes to put the MP3 files onto the IPOD. Itunes is free. I don't know of another way to put songs into an ipod.
u can use real player....to put mp3 files in....
Also, you have 90 days of free phone help. Take advantage of it.

Thanks for the help. She downloaded Itunes and was able to convert her files and it is working great. Thanks!!
Funny how that works.
Nah, seriously....the hard part with iPods is just figuring out that you need to put everything in iTunes. It tries to make it pretty user-friendly after that.
