Except game 6 and 7. ........................and a bad contract.
2 of the greatest Spurs of all time!!! I thank them for everything they have done for this team. NOTHING can ever tarnish their legacy to this franchise.
Except game 6 and 7. ........................and a bad contract.
Wrong thread. Go whine somewhere else
You brought it up by making the assumption that everything is rosy, and that Pop and Manu can do no wrong. You should read Plato's Myth of the Cave. Perhaps you will learn to look at more than the shadows.
So Pop and Manu's legacies are entirely ruined because we didn't win the finals this year? That's the irrational message I consistently get from Debbie-downers such as yourself.
I'll appeciate them when they are retired. For now, its what have you done for me lately?
I thank God you're not running the FO if that's seriously how you'd treat two guys that have played integral roles in us winning multiple championships and making deep playoff runs.
1 game short of a finals victory and these two guys deserve to be hated on? Pull your head out of your arse!
One of the best coaches ever and one of the best six man ever
Haters are nothing but spoiled brats and are not Spurs fans!
Manu should've left when he had the chance in his prime time instead of stuck as a bench player all these years. Hey then we wouldn't have to worry about blaming him when we don't win a championship. Too late for that though.
Exactly!
Yep, I do love them for the past and what they have done here, but sometimes I live in the now and I wanted them to save some of the money the spent in the offseason on him (Even Manu fans admit it's a bad contract and too much) to get some needs and pay him for his recent play, but he got a home cooking contract and it's based on his past and we owe you for what you did for the franchise type of deal, he is not worth over 7 million. Pop messed up a few times, love him as a coach but he seems to have lost his edge in a few areas and calmed down too much.
I love Manu and Pop for what they have done as we all should, but looking at the here and now I am alot of times. If you can't show up in a game 6 and 7 on the biggest stage why are you going to show up next year and beyond? I can't see it unless his role drastically changes.I usually argue with you but I have to agree here 100%, truth.

The word NOTHING would have had more of an impact if bolded, indented and underlined... just saying.

I would say top 5.
Tim is the greatest Spur of all time.
2 greatest Spurs of all time? ing be@ners
I said 2 OF the greatest. NOT the 2 greatest. Dimwit.
That's kind of hypocritical. You have no problem whining in the other threads.
Oh really? Where exactly do I whine? I'd like to know!
I love Pop and Manu and I'm glad they're back, however, this is false. Game 6 of the Finals did tarnish their legacy, that will never be forgotten when Pop and Manu come up.
OP is an attention and posts with an emotional vagina. Yea, we ing get it, appreciate Pop and Manu. That said, they deserve criticism just like all other Spurs players. You just can't take all the good a player does, you also take the bad.
