Possibly, but the culprit in this case seems to be unwieldy mergers that Yellow never optimized and which loaded them up with a debt burden they couldn't manage in 2009 and again in 2020. The teamsters gave up a lot to help Yellow, but it didn't work because of a combination of bad luck and bad management.
