So, I need a windows disk now. Doesn't matter which one, cause I'll just upgrade to 7. Gay.
AVG picked up a trojan whenh I turned on my pc,so I put it in the vault. It turns out it was a system 32 file. PC wont open up anything besides digital keyboard and other stuff. I can't even open up any folder. I was planning on downloading this file from another PC and moving it, but i can't. Help?

Windows 7 Anti-Spyware trojan?
Don't remember what it said. I might buy a legit windows 7 copy now. or just find whatever is at Office Depot, and upgrade to 7 through other measures.
Is it at least booting up windows? If it is, could you just do a system restore? I can't see an anti-virus sending a system32 file to a place it doesn't belong. I've never had that problem and I run the free antivirus program offered by Microsoft, nothing else, and I have no problems whatsoever.
I couldn't boot anything besides some registry cleaner and the on-screen keyboard. I'm just going to borrow a Vista, 7, etc... CD to get started again.
can you boot into safe mode?
Nope. Nothing. Wanna mail me a windows 7 copy, gogo?
Do you even know how to get into safe mode?
And can your computer handle windows 7? how much ram you got?
And i don't have a copy of windows 7. I got that free from school.
I had windows 7 for over a year. Yes, it can. I know how to get into safe mode. I tried safe mode, and safe mode with networking. Neither worked.
Don't even come at me like that
Yeah just download win7 then
i got no DVD burner for it.
how do I do that?
Or how about you install ubuntu > then download win7 burn on disk
I have a 1 tb external.
Thanks buddy.
