We'd have to draft his son. Not going to waste a lottery pick to get a 2nd round player to pair with a 40 year old Lebron. I'd be fine with Lebron coming, but he will want to play with a team that drafts his son or a contender and the Spurs will not be either of those options.

Bronny doesn't even look like an NBA player right now tbh. Any team that would draft him in the 1st Round is unserious, and any team taking a flyer on him in the 2nd Round would only be doing so in hopes of luring Lebron.
But I don't see any way LeBron signs with the Spurs or any awful, lottery-bound team for that matter. The much more likely scenario is that if Bronny does indeed enter his name into the 2024 NBA Draft (he shouldn't), Klutch would just flex their nuts and tell teams not to draft him so that he falls right into the Lakers' laps with their pick late in the 2nd Round, which is where he belongs anyways.

Lebron ain't ever coming here unless the Spurs botch their lotto pick and take Bronnie. Otherwise, Lebron is way too mainstream to feel comfortable on a team like the Spurs. If the franchise moved to Austin, he'd probably consider simply signing as a free agent. Consider, that is.
