If you had to pick one song that you would use during your workout that pumps you up, what would it be? If you post youtube vids please put the name of the artist and song (damn you tube is blocked at work)

Hmm, that song they use to introduce the Spurs starting 5 this year is cool and pretty basey.

I think Kevin Rudolph sings it?

Not sure.

Lately though, I've been listening to that Eminem song Kim. I don't really like his music, but when I get pissed, I listen to it.

As far as Aphex twin, I can see come to daddy being a good pump you up song. Do you use Girl/Boy Song to cool down?

Metallica's version of "stone cold crazy" gets me really REALLY amped up. I am not allowed to drive while listening to it - seriously it was a family ban. Only problem is it is only like 2.5 minutes long, so it lasts as long as I do on the elliptical trainer.

Try Metallica's version of "The Wait". Original by The Killing Joke. That song pumps me up when you crank it up.

Yes it is called "let it rock." I really like that song a lot. I heard it at a club and had to find out what it was. I dont know, sonically it sounds really cool. I do have to say that WTF was lil wayne doing on that track, other than trying to ruin it. Anyway, the song has a bit of an 80's flair to it, and if you watch the video, you will notice two things. One, you will think that it DEFINITELY has an 80's flair to it, and two, you would think lil wayne sings the song since he is featured 85% of the time on the video, its disgusting.
