Hmmmm. Probably Thug Luv by Bone Thugz and Tupac or Real Mutha in' G's by Eazy E
If you had to pick one song that you would use during your workout that pumps you up, what would it be? If you post youtube vids please put the name of the artist and song (damn you tube is blocked at work)
Hmmmm. Probably Thug Luv by Bone Thugz and Tupac or Real Mutha in' G's by Eazy E
Let's Get Physical - Olivia Newton John
LMAO I thought you were going to pick She's a Maniac by Hall and Oats
Hmm, that song they use to introduce the Spurs starting 5 this year is cool and pretty basey.
I think Kevin Rudolph sings it?
Not sure.
Lately though, I've been listening to that Eminem song Kim. I don't really like his music, but when I get pissed, I listen to it.
They finally changed it? I havent been to a game this season.
any various Motley Crue song, sans those gay ballads.
They've had 3 different ones in the past 2 years.
I'll work out to pretty much anything that is playing at the time, but I LOVE my cool down/stretch to "Kiss From a Rose" by Seal
come to daddy by aphex twin, but lately i have been listening to the little things off the wanted soundtrack a lot.
Norma Jean-Face:Face

WTF LMAO hahahah that is pretty damn funny.
Its a pretty good song considering Danny Elfman is the one singing. I have that song on my workout playlist.
What's funny about it? It's a soft, relaxing song for stretching and deep breathing exercises.![]()
Sorry I just think its a funny choice for a song. I guess its funny cause of an inside joke.
As far as Aphex twin, I can see come to daddy being a good pump you up song. Do you use Girl/Boy Song to cool down?
Metallica's version of "stone cold crazy" gets me really REALLY amped up. I am not allowed to drive while listening to it - seriously it was a family ban. Only problem is it is only like 2.5 minutes long, so it lasts as long as I do on the elliptical trainer.
the song right after it, flim, usually works pretty good
Try Metallica's version of "The Wait". Original by The Killing Joke. That song pumps me up when you crank it up.
The Dillinger Escape Plan cover of that song is freaking brutal.
Let the bodies hit the floor!
I hear that most serious bodybuilders listen to Air Supply to keep them from going into roid rage.
