I think what everybody complaining about JV is missing is that maybe Mason won't be a backup PG for much longer. And even though we'd all rather have Hill as a backup PG, I'd still settle for JV rather than Mason. So in a distorted way, it might be good news to see JV playing tonight.

There was no JV before Manu got hurt; Manu can play backup PG. All JV does is dump the ball to Gino anyway. Or to Mason.
