No one has those pictures. Are you serious? This is the ONLY guy that went over whole of Hellas to get them and it took him years. And this is one of reasons of course why site will be naturally outdated. Also there is teams and arenas on islands. You need a ferry and all this crap to get there.

I tried to find a small arena in the ACB to bash, but they all hold at least 5,000 people. Nevertheless, if I find a picture of bleacher seating or plastic patio furniture in another upper level league's venue, rest assured it will be bashed.

If a Greek arena has even 20,000 capacity you bash it, there is something wrong with it, it is a "barn" a "high school gym" but a low 5,000 Spanish arena and there is "nothing to bash".

By that logic, reported total attendance would be zero for every one of their home Greek League games.

There was a post that said they have 800 arena. The actual capacity is something like 1,500 to 1,700 to maybe 2,000 probably.
Let me put it like this. Maroussi arena is listed at the stadia.gr as 1,350 and eurobasket.com says 1,700. I would have to look at ESAKE and at Maroussi basket for more listings.
But I am sure they are all saying something like 1,300 to 1,700.
But the fact is these arenas add small amount of seats gradually over time. About once every couple years Maroussi adds some seats. Definitely the arena is able to hold over 2,000 people now but will you see this listed anywhere?
You NBA fans are absurdly arrogant and racist and have bizarre and strange fixations and ideas. And you force your world view and your culture onto everything else. Maybe in US how big your arena is means you are a better team but it does not mean shit in Greece.
No one cares to go make websites posting daily images and capacities of arenas because no one is so stupid and brain washed by bull shit marketing to believe that arena size = "pro basketball" like all NBA fans are brain washed and are disturbed really on this subject.

Can you read? EVERY team has to pay it. Your reasoning level is scary. If a team defaults then another team pays it. EVERY team pays it. It is not like NBA where they let the poor NBA owners not pay the fee. Because half of them are bankrupted in NBA. And NBA players already have to give 9% of their checks back to the owners so the league can stay from bankruptcy. Greek league is not in same financial mess like NBA.

Again they do NOT count season tickets at the gate. They also NEVER count the soccer tickets at the gate from people who see a soccer match. The attendance is far FAR more than 2,000.
What's this counting season tickets is banned crap? Are you serious? What the heck does that mean? Hey, you can't possibly know, but we've been broadcasting A1 games in Eurosport2 all last season. Easy to check how many people are actually in the stands.

Given the following scenario:
-1000 season ticketholders
-500 of the season ticketholders actually attend the game and 500 no-show
-500 tickets sold at the gate-all of which attend the game
What is the announced/reported attendance for the game?
A. 500 (individual game tickets sold)
B. 1000 (actual attendees)
C. 1500 (total tickets sold)
D. Some other number (please explain)

Why can't you just answer a question without insults?
As you have said, the Greek League reports attendance differently than any other league. I can only guess from what you have said before that the answer is either tickets sold at the gate or actual number of attendees. It seems clear that no-show season ticketholder are not counted.
If you will answer the question, we can all be on the same sheet of music.

This is how it works. Only people in the gate is counted. But also even people in the gate will NOT be counted if they come from the soccer games. In Greece if you go to a home soccer game of your club and then also there is a basketball home game then you are only counted in soccer attendance but you can also attend the basketball game.
Just in one game last year Panathinaikos had 13,000 fans from the soccer game at the basketball game and none were counted for the basketball game attendance.

What is the reasoning or benefit of them not being able to count the season ticket holders?
They apparently don't count no-shows in reported attendance. Per KBP they also do not club supporters who attend games with their tickets from the soccer team associated with clubs. Per one of his own posts, a Panathinaikos game was attended by over 13000 such non-paying supporters that were not included in the reported attendance. What that says about the ability to sell seats to basketball games in Greece is obvious; even the most popular team in the country is giving away tickets that have not been sold.
What is completely obvious and irrefutable is that Greek basketball, outside of Panathinaikos and Olympiacos, is a poorly attended sport, with crowds typically less than 2,000 and often well below 1,000. Many leagues around Europe have much, much greater attendance. Our fake Greek friend is greatly upset by the reporting of these simple facts and responds to them with his typical insults and profanity.

What is the reasoning or benefit of them not being able to count the season ticket holders?
Because they do not believe season ticket holders count as attendance. Just like in NBA you see Heat or Grizzlies game or even Rockets game and they give "attendance" number of 15,000 and it looks like maybe at most 5,000 are in the arena.
In Greece that would be considered a lie to record the number of tickets sold because in future someone would mistake as how many were in the arena. Actualy Greece is right on how they count it and the other countries are wrong. It should not be called "attendance" just because a ticket was sold yet just look at NBA no matter what it is called "attendance" even if the people never show up just because a ticket was sold.
In Greece there are two categories "tickets sold" and "attendance" and actually Greece is right on that and the other places are wrong.

Stop making up shit idiot. Where the fuck did you get the idea that you can go to the basketball games free? No one goes to the games free unless they are part of the club. There are discounts for relatives and people that used to be part of the club and things like that. But you do NOT go for free just because you have a soccer stub.

So do you have the tickets sold numbers for the clubs?
The only way is if clubs release all tickets sales. And they never release that because simply is no reason to because in Greece is just not counted like that so they have no reason to release it.
Last year one of the sports magazines had season tickets. Remember this is NOT ticket sales overall this is JUST season tickets. It is like you would have to add these numbers to the attendance numbers that were from ballineurope that do not count these tickets. But only add to as much as is arena capacity. And I know also pretty much those actual numbers for arenas and not all the old and wrong ones from stadia.gr So I guess the actual attendance numbers could be figured with some work. Then from there I can remember pretty good the games and for what clubs where it was dual ticket of soccer and basketball and in those just certain times when also attendances were not counted.
Also I know of all the games when the arenas were close to the publics because of the riots and attacks by the fans. This is also something that ballineurope acts like complete morons that they give an "average" attendance number but count games when attendance was zero because the police banned all fans because of rioting. For some strange reason ballineurope thinks that games where no one was allowed to attend should count as an "average". So once again they have false numbers. I know also which games for which clubs where the fans were banned. Ballineurope does not even mention this when in other leagues they did not have games where fans were banned.
Also please remember ballineurope figures do NOT count any playoff games. Olympiacos and Panathinaikos were at huge attendances in playoffs and they are not counted by ballineurope. They do not count that for Euroleague or Greek League numbers.
Here is the season tickets sales (again not overall sales just season tickets sales)
1. Olympiacos 11,400
2. Panathinaikos 8,500
3. PAOK 4,500 (lowest in many years for them - usually they get about 8,500)
4. Aris 4,500 (lower than normal for them - usually they get about 5,000-5,500)
5. Olympia Larissa 3,850
6. AEL 3,500
7. AEK 3,200 (lowest in many years for them)
8. Panionios 2,400
9. Trikala 2,000 (first time in league)
10. Maroussi 1,700
11. Kavala 1,700 (first time in league)
12. Kolossos 1,300
13. Egaleo 1,200
14. Panellinios 1,200
Then like I say add the season tickets to the attendance numbers and then also add the games where the soccer attendances are not counted and then add in the playoff games and then also figure for the games where fans were banned by police when you figure on the "average".

and you child genius didn't figure that the season ticket numbers (those that you call "actual numbers") and the capacity numbers from stadia.gr (those that you called "old and wrong") are exactly the same for Panellinios, Egaleo, Colossus, Kavala, Maroussi.
WHAT A COINCIDENCE!
all the places you claim to have been rebuilt, extended etc. have sold exactly the number of season tickets that match with the "old and wrong" numbers for their arena's seats.
you remember that guy Black Knight in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", who shouts "Running away, eh? You yellow bastards! Come back here and take what's coming to you! I'll bite your legs off! " after Arthur has just cut his arms and legs off?
well, that guy pretty much is you, the difference is just that you don't even need a King Arthur to defeat you. you cut off your arms and legs yourself whenever you try to back up your idiotic claims.

Hey you fucking IDIOT they don't count the bleachers as season tickets MORON. They only count the built in seats for season tickets. Use your brain if you have one at all.

Where the fuck did you get the idea that you can go to the basketball games free?
This is how it works. Only people in the gate is counted. But also even people in the gate will NOT be counted if they come from the soccer games. In Greece if you go to a home soccer game of your club and then also there is a basketball home game then you are only counted in soccer attendance but you can also attend the basketball game.
Just in one game last year Panathinaikos had 13,000 fans from the soccer game at the basketball game and none were counted for the basketball game attendance.

So they paid for the soccer game and paid again for the basketball game, but were not counted in the basketball game attendance because they had attended the soccer game????
Or did they pay for the soccer game and use their stub to gain admittance to the basketball game as you said?

10. Maroussi 1,700
And again you make up nonsense. Panathinaikos and Olympiacos are only clubs with good attendance? :lmao:lmao:lmao:lmao
Capacity: 1,350
Location: The hall is located in Maroussi, a suburb 9 km north of the Athens city centre. It lies only 500m away from the Athens Olympic Sports Complex (OAKA).
Built in: 1997
Home of: Maroussi B.C. (A1 Division)
More data: Maroussi Indoor Hall is a relatively new one, having been inaugurated in the year that Maroussi B.C. were promoted to the A1 Division.
Up until then, they played their home games in the old "Spyros Louis Indoor Hall", which lies opposite the Maroussi metro station, about 3 km to the north of their current home.
Although the hall is very small, sold-outs are rare (only when the home club plays against Olympiakos, Panathinaikos or AEK). However, the club consider expanding it. The plan is to expand the two small stands along the court by constructing two extentions on each side of the building. This will almost double the capacity of the arena.

The Greek League is one of the top leagues in Europe.
Panathinaikos is one of the top teams in the Euroleague and Olympiacos is also a long-time Euroleague fixture. They play in two of the several modern indoor arenas in Greece.
The Greek National Team is a factor in every major tournament and will be among the favorites in the European championships next month.
These are undeniable facts, but apparently any mention of other, less flattering, facts about Greek basketball is quite upsetting to our friend.
Facts such as:
-several Greek A1 league teams play their home Greek League games in arenas with capacities below 3,000.
-there are only two Greek League who are guaranteed to play Euroleague regular season games. Another two teams are in a group of teams in a qualification tourney from which it is possible for only one Greek League team to succeed. Our friend counts entry in the qualification tourney as membership in the league and objects when this is shown to be false.

I checked in the Greek forums about the arenas.........
FACTS
1. Aris is building a new 10,000 arena that they OWN. Will be done by 2010-11 season.
2. Aris current arena (5,500) will then be given to Iraklis who have 2,500 arena now. It will then be expanded to 10,000 but will still be owned by Greek state.
3. PAOK arena (they own it) had renovation and now has 8,700 capacity. There is plans to make it to 10,000 by 2012.
4. AEL and Olympia will merge as one club. Also they will have new 10,000 arena that they will OWN ready before 2013 (part of new AEL sports complex)
5. Current AEL arena (5,500) will go to youth national teams of Greece
6. Trikalla is getting a new 5,500 arena to be ready by 2011 (they have 2,500 arena now). They will not own it.
7. Olympiacos is building new 20,000 arena that they will OWN. Ready by 2013.
8. Current Olympiacos arena (15,000-16,000) will go to Peristeri (they have 4,000 arena now).
9. AEK is building new 12,000 arena that they will OWN. Part of new AEK sports complex. Will be ready by 2012.
10. Panionios is building new 10,000 arena that they will OWN. To be ready by 2012. Part of new Panionios sports complex.
11. Current Panionios arena (15,000) will go to Panellinios who will rent it (moving from their 1,500 arena) and it will stay owned by Hellenic Cup and Hellenic Basketball Federation.
12. Panathinaikos is building new 17,000 arena that they will OWN. Part of new Panathinaikos sports complex. To be ready by 2013.
13. Current Panathinaikos arena (19,000-20,000) will go to Maroussi who will rent it (moving from their 1,700 arena now) and it will also stay as home of senior national team and Acropolis Cup and owned by Greek Basketball Federation.
14. Kolossos is getting a new 5,500 arena to be ready by 2011 (they have 1,300 arena now). They will not own it.
15. Iraklio is moving into the Heraklion (5,500). Ownership of it will stay with Greek Basketball Federation.
There is 2 new rules for the arenas.
1. ULEB says all arenas for Euroleague must be 10,000 at least by 2011 and all arenas for Eurocup must 5,000 at least by 2011.
2. Greek Basketball Federation made new rule that all the big multi sports clubs of A1 must have at least 10,000 arena for Greek league by 2013.
These rules have been passed and the arenas are already being worked on. The land for all of them is purchased, the plans are done and ALL of them have already began in construction.

Is Hamed Haddadi the Persian VSpan?
Remember how VSpan's natural ascent to NBA greatness was sabotaged by the evil and incompetent Jeff Van Gundy? Well, Haddadi seems to think his path to greatness is being thwarted by the coaches of the Grizzlies:
“Grizzlies’ officials don’t let me show my abilities. I have done my best every time I was called up to play for my team, but I don’t know why they don’t trust me,” added Haddadi, who was the first Iranian basketball player to make it to the NBA.
“I want to play regularly for the Grizzlies; nevertheless I will have to change my team now since I am a star of the team but sitting on the bench,”
First the Greeks, now the Persians. Why are NBA coaches keeping these sons of classical cultures from reaching their true potential?
