Probably one of the few. I couldn't care less about being swept in the second round by a superior team - winning is winning, and losing is losing. But then I predicted a second round flameout back in February, so none of this is surprising to me.

We all knew it would come to this eventually - the window pretty much swung shut in 2008 with Bruce's decline.
Remember 2007 - until the team flicked a switch in February we looked old and done. Well, we're 3 years down the road from that.
However, the positive is that we are a lot further into rebuilding than I thought we would be at this stage. We have promising youth in Hill, Blair, Hairston, maybe Temple, we have a decent draft pick coming in, hopefully Splitter on top of that, and then we have Tim/Manu/Dice to lead the youth next year and TP/RJ's expirings.
It looks pretty dark right now, but the dawn isn't long away... ;)

Suns are doing their part, but the Spurs are bailing them out as well.
You act as if Duncan has blown 5 wide open breakaway dunks tonight. Those shots aren't that easy and 95% of the players in this league would be missing them.
You know why you think they're so easy? Because you've watched Duncan for years be an incredible force and now Spurs fans take those shots for granted. But that doesn't take away that their easy.
The free throws I agree with, but when was the last post season Tim did that well?
The turn overs are in large part (IMO) due to being down 3-0 and just trying to hard but give the Suns 2nd unit big time credit for forcing some of them.

Oh well, it was a crazy year and I am proud they beat the Mavs. Spurs have to get Tim some help so he can be more effective. They need a few more shooter/defensive role players.
Very disappointing to see them get swept when they played a terribly sloppy game.

:lol It looked like Duncan ushered Nash right to the basket...."come on in the paint Steve....the rim is this way".
Duncan had 1 shooter on each side to defend, it's his fault for not defending 3 guys at one time :bang

dang, they are making EVERY big shot.
just not our year
it's called luck. the Suns are desperate to finally beat the Spurs, they are hitting lucky shots. This team hasn't impressed me at all.
Unfortunately, neither have the Spurs. They beat themselves in all 4 games.

This series is sad, because the Suns are going to get their asses handed to them by the Lakers, whereas the Spurs would actually give the Lakers a good run for their money. Suns are playing on luck and redemption, not on actual talent. Can't wait to see Goran fucking Dragic and Jared fucking DUDley stink it up in the WCF. LOL.
Do you actually watch basketball out side of SA??
The Suns have played the best ball since the break... Maybe Orlando has been a game better, but the Suns have been a machine.

I missed the five Suns out there.

This is reaching 0.4 levels......the series has been that bad
Come on, that is massive hyperbole. In 2004 we actually looked like we could go all the way, when did we ever look like that this season (apart from a couple of games in the Dallas series)?
This season we were beaten up, looked old and slow, lacked chemistry and consistency, and lost the cornerstone of our championship run - lock down defence. All the signs were there to suggest we'd lose in the first or second round.
This feels nothing near as bad as 2004 or 2006, or 2000-2 for that matter.

The Suns can beat the Lakers. I'm not sure if Stern will allow it, but they definitely have the tools.
