I think RJ's been great, especially on offence and effort (although the first half today was a reversion to last year). The off-season work paid off. I was wrong - an old dog can learn new tricks, and Dick has done just that.

Was he worth the 40mil? Still don't think so - he was overpaid given the market. But it's a credit to him that he has done and is doing all he can to live up to it.
