I don't know about you but I would rather be caged in a park where I wouldn't have to worry about food. If I got sick, the park has veterinarians on staff. No predators hunting me down, and all the whale pussy I can handle.

tbh, most animals bred for food are kept in cages much smaller than zoos, fed garbage and are treated 10x worse.

At the risk of sounding like I'm backpedaling, let me clarify that I don't think SeaWorld is some bastion of animal care. I like the park for MANY reasons, not the least of which is the very real educational opportunities it gives to ordinary people who may never get to experience the sight of a killer whale or a dolphin except through a passive television screen. To me, personally, that means a lot.

Secondly, I know there's a raging debate on both sides as to the "proper" care these animals should receive in captivity, whether they should be in captivity at all, etc. It's hard to sway a person one way or another though, by using source material that's biased for/against the issue in question. I mean, you won't be swayed by my presenting an Anheuser/Busch related link regarding the quality of SeaWorld's animal care any more than I would be by your presentation of information from a site that's long argued against animal captivity.

In short, we're gonna agree to disagree on this one, son.

Advice on San Antonio - go to the Riverwalk with tourists do the howl at the moon crap and the like; but as a former single guy there were plenty of places to meet stunning women of all types It may have changed but when I was in my 20s and young 30s there were stunners all around town whether one went for Latinas or for those beautiful blonds of the German/European influence that together make the melting pot that is part of SA's under-appreciated beauty. Except for my public health travels to Panama (where I met my wife) or places like Lithuania where one saw model types everywhere = San Antonio had per capita as many captivating and friendly women as anywhere/ anyplace once you left the Riverwalk area. There was a decent place called Raffles that relocated to around the Time Machine near the airport was one place we used to go and there were many other places. Moreover, in San Antonio a young professional man (I was an Army captain) can live on the economy like a king due to the cost of living and afford to go out - lots of luck with that in the glamor cities like Miami, LA and New York or in places like Scotsdale where Charles B. hangs out - as downtown Phoenix is a ugly city with nothing to offer and a crime rate off the charts. Poor Charles B he is just sad because all his predictions are falling apart and as in the telephone commercial with D. Wade he is probably mistaken for a grandfather half the time anyway.
