Shitty, I woulda liked to see how they did in the playoffs. I'd love to see Memphis get rid of their ASSU coach Hollins and bring in a real coach who can get them to play defense. IMO a core of Conley, Mayo, Gay, Z-Bo and Gasol should be more than a slightly above .500 borderline playoff team.

Like I said before, Marc Gasol's peak in the NBA will be a good role player on a borderline playoff team..

Rudy Gay is a huge loss, obviously for his talent, but mostly for depth purposes..Tony Allen has played very well in his absence, but their bench is atrocious, and it's going to be even worse in the playoffs(even though teams generally shorten their rotation, it's still good to have depth, in case of foul trouble/struggles)..
