IF Rapinoe is to start, that means Pia would most likely drop Lloyd instead of Cheney. Lloyd is the most creative U.S player even though she can be turnover happy at times. Am i the only one that's incredibly worried about Japan, due to what they did to Sweden? That plus their defense and the way they hold the ball. Color of card has no bearing on whether or not there is a penalty kick. The large box you see in front of the goal is called the penalty box. All fouls inside that box - whether or not there's a card - mean there is a penalty kick.

That foul was just outside the box hence the FK and not the PK.

Without a doubt. I didn't think any game could top the Brazil match but this one came so close. Every match I watched was really good and the level of play is great.
