Omg. The sky is falling! The sky is falling!!
Good grief. I am so sick of this story, and I'm sick of the people in this town speculating that the team will win very few games, if any, simply because Peyton is out.
Get a grip, people. Collins isn't a bad option. He's been in this situation before, and he's working with a veteran team. They'll be fine. It could be Painter, after all.
The most unfortunate part of all of this is if it ends Peyton's career. He deserves better than that.
I guess, if anything, we'll find out who the true fans are through this.
Get better, Peyton!

I'm not exactly certain but it appears that SFF might not know the exact coordinates of where the gold is located

Ain't nobody in the proximity of the Indianapolis Metropolitan area thought the current group with Peyton Manning absent would score more points over a 60 minute span than the other team but Spursfanfirst

They'll be back like laughing after they punk the league when they get back Peyton and drafting Luck.
So either shit on them hard now or be cool and maybe they wont shit on you next year.

I would analyze specific parts of this post and go to great depths about its stupidity, but I don't feel like explaining how losing 62-7 isn't punking anybody. All I'll say is this post was really retarded.
Losing 62-7 is punking everyone. It's basically saying we wont even try this season so do your best to "beat" us up and we'll just see you next year with a top 5 or maybe even the 1st pick...try and see if you can do it again.

:lmao oh really? I guess the Cardinals have been punking the entire league since they moved to Arizona with all of those top 10 draft picks. The Steelers, Patriots and Cowboys wish they had the history of punking other teams that the Arizona Cardinals have.
Closest thing to a Manning the Cards had was Kurt Warner and even he is not an elite QB..not a fair comparison.
Tell me, honestly. Do you think with Manning as the QB, they will lose 62-7 to the saints or to any other team?
DUNCANownsKOBE

That's irrelevant. Obviously not. The point was that's retarded to imply the Colts having a shit season is in any way, "punking" the rest of the league.
Which matchup do you think will bring in more money to the city of Indianapolis this year for the Superbowl?
Packers vs Patriots or Packers vs Colts?
That's why I think this "shitty" season is more of a financial move...hence the retarded comment of why Indy is punking everyone by not even trying.
They'll just let Peyton heal properly, get good draft positions and let's see you try that again next year.

seriously, that's more retarded than anything ducks has said on this forum, and he once said that baseball players have Bird rights.
The Colts flat out quitting because they don't have Peyton doesn't show they're "punking" anybody, it shows they're a flaccid, gutless organization full of fucking pussies who realize that they fucked up when they gave one player as much power and influence that they gave Peyton.
Whether Peyton comes back or not, this organization is fucked. They've all shown their true colors when adversity struck. Nobody in that organization will every trust one another again, even after Peyton returns.

Mono and DoK's lame Colts bashing schtick aside the most retarded thing said ITT was that Kurt Warner was not an elite QB. Colts will be fine and in the playoffs next year.

Saying Kurt Warner isn't an elite QB is less retarded than saying the Colts are punking the league this year.
Retarded or not you know I made sense.
And I love KW to death but he was not elite anymore when he was with the Cards.
DUNCANownsKOBE
10-25-2011, 10:41 AM
No, I seriously don't think you made sense. The Colts didn't make some calculated effort to go after Luck, they're 0-7 because they're a shitty fuckin team.
I do agree KW's eliteness with the Cardinals was overrated (however taking the biggest abortion in professional football to the playoffs twice and the superbowl once makes me reconsider that) tho, but what made him special here was being an elite redzone QB. The Cardinals could trade 3 point drives for 7 point drives with Warner, something they sure as hell can't do with Kolb, the worst redzone QB I've ever seen.
I did not say they made a calculated effort to get Luck next year because that is retarded...I mean, they just gave Manning a new contract, right?
Point Im trying to make is I will not rag on the Colts because they are a team that will not all of a sudden will lose by 50 points.
No motivation to win this year because no Manning means no Superbowl.
City gets more money.
Team gets better players from the draft position.
Star QB can heal and rehab better.
They will not lose fans either...but Coltfan will be disgusted to the point they will not post about their team anymore.

I'm ragging on a Colts fan who said the Colts would be fine without Manning. It seems like a simple concept.
Oh. Commence trolling then.

I don't know where the quitting comments are coming from. Even in the Texans game and Sunday's abortion, I don't think Freeney and Mathis have ever played harder. Wayne and Clark are still trying even when it's obvious the only receiver Painter wants to throw to is Garcon. The secondary, o line, and running game are mostly always shit. I don't see how that equates to quitting though.
