Cory Joseph (Canada) is still wading through visa process. That's why he's not here.

The chances of Joseph having an impact this season just dropped even further.

I see a bright future in the Toros for Cory...

After they signed TJ i think we pretty much knew he was not going to be part of the rotation. Way too young and raw.

Anyway, i like him as a prospect. He will be a solid PG in the future.

Probably right.

Of course Bonner's visa clears with flying colors. Spurs can't catch a break . . .

Can't he just say he's coming here on vacation, and then stay 5-6 years?

Seriously, you wonder if he just didn't start the process when he should, or if he's run into some bizarre snag in the system. I've got a friend who is a well-known artist who is having a bitch of a time getting a visa, and he's done everything by the book. Sometimes it makes no sense.

I'm only half kidding about just flying him to Matamoros and letting him walk across. It's not like he'll be seen on national television or anything.

I thought Bonner was from New Hampshire or something.

Last I heard Bonner was denouncing his American citizenship in hopes of playing for the Canadian national team.

Or something like that.

You'd think he have this cleared up by now.

Then again, I remember that one season Carl Herrera wasn't allowed into Canada so he had to skip the games in Vancouver and Toronto. Hopefully Joseph doesn't get Herrera'd and can only play games in Canada . . .

Inexplicably, a Reaper drone has been spotted in the skies of San Antonio, apparently trailing a Pontiac Grand Prix through the city.
