Sets up Miami to at least receive what USC got, no?

Penn State I don't know, since it wasn't recruit or money related.

So the guys that actually participated in the tattoo scandal got to play in the Sugar Bowl, but these kids that had nothing to do with it get punished.

Makes perfect NCAA sense.

They should have punished Pryor and the others when they had the chance.

I don't have a problem with the penalties, I do with the timing. The NCAA knew they were going to give Ohio State a bowl ban before they accepted the Gator Bowl so why not punish the remaining Tat 5 before they graduate and not punish the kids that had nothing to do with the violations.
