    So the guys that actually participated in the tattoo scandal got to play in the Sugar Bowl, but these kids that had nothing to do with it get punished.

    I don't have a problem with the penalties, I do with the timing. The NCAA knew they were going to give Ohio State a bowl ban before they accepted the Gator Bowl so why not punish the remaining Tat 5 before they graduate and not punish the kids that had nothing to do with the violations.
