Is it just me or when Gary Neal came back, the ball just stops moving and he just dribbles at one spot trying to create for himself?
His defense is the real problem ...

cant really blame pop, he had to match denver's microball, nuggets just had the advantage there in that lineup (unless i wasnt paying attention and pop went small first)
overall, good first quarter, ford, splitter, tp and kawhi played well

Side note: What's the deal with the gray warm-up shirts? Have they worn those at other games?
Are you talking about this one that Duncan is wearing:

http://i.cdn.turner.com/dr/nba/teamsites/release/spurs/sites/spurs/files/imagecache/local_image_gallery_default/120105_3.jpg
Plus the Spurs typically wear those black warm ups with the silver stripes on the arms; yet they also have the grey warm ups with the black stripe on the shoulder (I see more teams wearing that one, than the Spurs do); which looks like this:

Sure.. you just need to control yourself and take a couple of slower strides to get balance. If its not overly difficult for me.. NBA level athletes should be able to do it.
You know what happens when you "take a couple of strides" in against an NBA defender? Plus, I don't think you're going as fast as NBA athleates in the open court.

Denver missing their best big (Nene), Spurs missing their best guard (Manu), and what does Pop do? Goes small and tries to match their uptempo game. Sad thing is the Spurs announcers haven't once pointed out that the Spurs have been playing with 1 big almost throughout - they just talk about the great plays being made by both teams.

The offense of the Spurs is stagnant right now, it stops up top and a shit load of dribbling and a shot.
