Not only does the eye-ball test tell you this, but a drop from 50% FG to 40% is drastic along with an ability to finish at the rim which has seen a large drop off from him to start the year.

I think stats won't help with this one ... its like figuring out Bonner being a plus/minus wonder.

But I am with you here that TP has lost a step. Evidence can be seen in the games they played so far. TP has trouble getting by defenders (I especially remember the Clippers game), every time he turns the corner there is still a body in front of him and when he gets to the rim he seems to get stuffed more often than not. Indeed he had clutch plays at the end of games, but these were jumpers. I think it would have been better for Parker to rest a bit after the Euro Championships ...
